GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :

Foreign Student Admission Document Requirements

1. Scan of colored passport (Applicants must hold a passport with a minimum validity of at least 6-12 months before expiration). Diplomatic passports and work passports are not accepted.
2. 3×4 passport photo with passport requirements
3. Scan of diploma and academic transcript
4. Curriculum Vitae
5. Medical Certificate
   Applicants must submit an official health certificate issued within the last three months, which includes the following examinations:
   a. Physical examination 
   b. Infectious disease screening:
        – Tuberculosis (TB)
        – Syphilis
        – HIV/AIDS
        – Ebola
        – Mpox
   c. Mental health examination
   d. Drug screening test (must show negative results), including:
       – Amphetamine
       – Methamphetamine
       – Marijuana
       – Morphine
       – Benzodiazepine

6. TOEFL ITP 450, TOEFL IBT 39 or IELTS 4.0 certificate
7. Motivation letter
8. Recommendation letter
9. Certificate of Achievement (Academic/Non-Academic)
10. Statement of Willingness to Complete Studies on Time
11. Certificate of Not Being Involved in Prohibited Organizations from the Embassy of the country of origin

All documents must be submitted in either English or Bahasa Indonesia.
Documents written in other languages must be officially translated into English or Bahasa Indonesia.
